What we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and what we will not do with it.

This document is a template
It has not been reviewed by counsel and does not yet reflect the actual data practices of the business. Have a lawyer review it, and reconcile it against whatever form handler, analytics and CRM are actually connected, before publication.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete a form on this site — the contact intake, an attorney referral, a showing request, a valuation request or the email list — we receive what you typed. That may include your name, email address, telephone number, a property address, and free-text notes describing your situation.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and the referring page. If analytics are added, name the provider here and describe what it collects.
What we do not collect. This site has no login, no shopping cart and no payment processing. It does not use browser storage — no cookies are set by us, and the calculators keep everything in your browser tab and forget it when you close it. The figures you enter into the valuation, net proceeds, equity split and affordability tools are never transmitted to us.
Third parties
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Google may log that request. If you prefer to avoid this, self-host the two font families and remove the Google Fonts link from every page.
List the form handler, email provider, CRM and any embedded map or IDX provider here once they are connected. Each one receives data and each one needs naming.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry
- To provide the valuation, analysis or service you asked for
- To send occasional email if you asked to receive it — every message carries an unsubscribe link
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed brokerage
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share contact details with other brokerages, lenders, contractors or lead-generation services.
Sensitive situations
Much of our work involves estates, divorces and disputes among co-owners. We treat what you tell us with corresponding discretion, and we limit internal access to what is necessary to do the work.
Two cautions worth stating plainly. First, a web form is not a secure channel — please do not send privileged material, financial account numbers or identity documents through it. Second, submitting a form does not create an attorney–client relationship, and nothing you send us through this site is protected by attorney–client privilege. Skydance Realty, LLC acts as a real estate brokerage.
When we disclose
We disclose information where you have asked us to — for example, copying your attorney on reporting — and where we are required to by law, court order, or the rules governing real estate licensees. In a transaction, some information necessarily reaches the other side, title and closing agents, and cooperating brokerages.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept [period] and then deleted. Transaction records are retained for the period Oklahoma licensing law requires. Confirm the required retention period with counsel and state it here.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and unsubscribe from email at any time. Write to hello@skydancerealty.com or call (405) 000-0000. If you serve clients in states with statutory privacy rights, or in the EU or UK, add the corresponding rights and response deadlines.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
